Ingredients:

– Ice
– 1 serving of Life Priority Mind Powder
– 1 serving of Life Priority Productive Sleep Powder
– 8-10 oz of cold water or your favorite relaxing beverage (such as chamomile tea or almond milk)
– Optional: A splash of natural vanilla extract for a soothing flavor
